Welcome to the home page for the VITAL '98 conference. VITAL '98 is a global virtual event, designed to facilitate collaboration among interactive training and learning practitioners and educators from around the world, that takes place entirely online.
Registration for VITAL '98 provides you with access to a variety of interactive training and learning resources, and the opportunity to interact with a diverse worldwide audience. All this at a nominal cost when compared with the typical 2-3 day conference held in a hotel (and no travel is required!). Plus, the event archive will be available online for 6 weeks after the event ends, so you may review the event information at your own pace.
The following papers were accepted for presentation and discussion at VITAL '98 after a competitive call for papers earlier this year.
"Using WWWAssign to Create On-line Quizzes and Tests"
Jim Lucas, Northeastern Illinois University (USA)
"Research and Application Issues Concerning Adaptive WWW Courseware"
